Introduction
POCKIT Micro is the newest generation of the PCR detection system which is a hand-held and lightweight nucleic acid analyzer. It is specially designed to detect DNA and can be easily operated anywhere and even for those people who do not know how to run a PCR.
POCKIT Micro is portable. Therefore, it comes with build-in rechargeable batteries that can run PCR reactions without connecting to external power supply. It is developed as a 4-throughput PCR machine. The reaction will be done in around 30 minutes and the test results will be directly displayed on the monitor.
